Meet Sandra

Sandra Batakis, A+ Trainer, MCT, MCSE, and CIW, started her career in IT over 25 years ago teaching what was then considered the “New Technology”. She trained individuals and employees on how to use the software at their organization.

In 1999, she started her own company with the goal to combine great IT support with user functionality.

Sandra believes clients deserve the most advanced and secure technology, without having to understand every detail themselves.
