We have 3 offerings:
Essentials: Security Packages that covers remote support, patching, antivirus, monitoring and executive reporting
Essentials Plus: All of Essentials and Help Desk support for your users
Premium: All of Essentials Plus, and full user and network support.
Workstation Backups, Server Backups, Saas Backups (365 / Gsuite), Cyber Training all available as add ons.
Do you offer remote support as well as onsite visits?
Yes. Most issues are resolved remotely. When needed, we provide onsite support. Remote support is billed in 30-minute increments and onsite visits have a 2-hour minimum.
How do you track and resolve support tickets?
We use a robust IT service platform that tracks every request in detail. This ensures faster response, better visibility, and consistent resolution. Client Portal is available for client visibility into their organization.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Standard support runs from 7 am to 6 pm. After-hours support is available, and 24/7 packages can be added based on your needs.
